Sankalpa = Resolute Statement or Intention
San means “to become one with” and kalpa means “time” and “subconscious mind.”
Continue to work with, create, and refine your Sankalpa for this New Year.

What resistance might come up?
What excuses might you make?
Use your Sankalpa to remind yourself WHY this is important to you!
Chakra Aums — Do this either audibly or inaudibly as a way to focus your mind. See below for affirmations for each chakra.
Notice what frequencies you are embodying.
What is shifting and evolving?
What are the deep-seated or dominant frequencies?
How can you be more compassionate as you welcome the ones that are ready to be transmuted and transformed, to be transmuted and transformed?
Welcome each one and bring your awareness to it.
Are you consciously choosing it or is it subconsciously choosing to rule the moment?
Continue to integrate the sound practices of Humming and/or Auming every day!!! Don’t underestimate the power of sound to move matter and transform your life!
Hum in general or focus your humming into the areas of your body that are stressed, in pain, numb, or stuck
Listen to the Sounds and Symbols of the world around you — what is the world revealing to you?
Practice 4, 7, 8 Breathing
Inhale through your nose for 4 counts.
Hold your breath for 7 counts.
Exhale through your mouth for 8 counts.
As you learn this technique and learn to breathe more slowly, you may initially experience a little bit of lightheadedness or shortness of breath. Keep practicing!
Chakras
Chant Aum for each chakra and feel it in your body as you call your awareness to this region of your body to activate each chakra. Do 1 to 3 rounds.
