Alchemy crystal bowls are crafted from 99.99% pure quartz crystal and infused with precious gemstones, minerals, and metals, enhancing their resonance and energetic qualities. Each bowl is truly one of a kind.

🔹 How precise is the tuning?
Our bowls are tuned to 1/100th of a hertz (Hz)—meaning for every note, there are 100 subtle variations, allowing for refined harmonics and deep vibrational healing.

🔹 Where are the bowls made?
Each bowl is handcrafted in Utah, USA, by Crystal Tones and then activated in Big Sur, CA, amplifying its vibrational potency.

🔹 What comes with my bowl?
Each bowl includes a silicon base and a mallet. Protective carrying cases are sold separately.

🔹 How do I choose the right bowl?
We offer virtual and in-person consultations to help you find the perfect bowl or curated set. To schedule, email Support@sacredsound.love.

About Sacred Sound & Wonder

🔹 Where is Sacred Sound & Wonder located?
We are based in Big Sur, CA, with a small studio in San Francisco for occasional private sessions and consultations.

🔹 Do you offer in-person shopping or private sessions?
Yes! We offer both virtual consultations and in-person visits at our sound temple in Big Sur. To schedule, email Support@sacredsound.love.

🔹 Do you teach people how to play crystal bowls?
Absolutely! Our sound journeys, retreats, and online immersions include guidance on playing techniques and how to work with sound for healing and transformation.

🔹 Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we primarily ship within the United States. If you’re outside the U.S., please email us to discuss possible shipping options.

🔹 How long does it take to receive my order?
Most orders ship within 5-7 business days. Custom sets may require additional time.

Return & Exchange Policy

🔹 Are sales final?
Yes, all sales are final. However, we happily offer exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order.

🔹 Is there a restocking fee?
A 5% restocking fee applies to all exchanges.

🔹 Who covers return shipping costs?
Return shipping costs are shared 50/50, and the bowl must be returned in its original packaging to qualify for an exchange.

🔹 What if my item arrives damaged?
If your item arrives damaged, please email us immediately with photos so we can assist you.
