About the Bowls

What makes alchemy crystal bowls unique?
Alchemy bowls are crafted from 99.99% pure quartz crystal and infused with precious gemstones, minerals, and metals. Each one is completely unique in tone, resonance, and energetic quality.

How precise is the tuning?
Our bowls are tuned to 1/100th of a hertz — meaning for every note, there are 100 subtle variations. This allows for refined harmonics and deeply attuned vibrational healing.

Where are they made?
Each bowl is handcrafted in Utah by Crystal Tones, then ceremonially activated at our Sound Temple in Big Sur, California.

What's included with my bowl?
Every bowl comes with a silicone base and mallet. Protective carrying cases are available separately.

How do I choose the right bowl?
We offer complimentary consultations — both virtual and in-person — to help you find the bowl or set that's right for you. Email us at support@sacredsound.love to schedule.

Do you have bowls beyond what's listed online?
Yes. Our collection is always evolving, and we often have specialty bowls and sets available upon request. Reach out and let us know what you're looking for.

Can I place a custom order?
Absolutely. We love creating harmonically balanced sets and one-of-a-kind pairings. Just ask.

Where are you located?
We're based at our Sound Temple in Big Sur, California, with a small studio in San Francisco for occasional private sessions and consultations.

Can I visit in person?
Yes! We welcome visitors to the Sound Temple by appointment. Email support@sacredsound.love to arrange a time.

Do you teach people how to play the bowls?
We do. Our sound journeys, retreats, and online immersions include guidance on playing techniques and working with sound for healing and transformation.

Do you ship internationally?
We primarily ship within the United States. If you're outside the U.S., reach out and we'll do our best to arrange shipping.

How long does shipping take?
Most orders ship within 5–7 business days. Custom sets may require additional time.

Return & Exchange Policy

Are sales final?
Yes, but we're happy to offer exchanges within 14 days of delivery.

Is there a restocking fee?
Yes — a 5% restocking fee applies to all exchanges.

Who covers return shipping?
We split it 50/50. The bowl must be returned in its original packaging to qualify for exchange.

What if my bowl arrives damaged?
Contact us immediately with photos at support@sacredsound.love and we'll make it right.
