Simply arrive.

Offer peace, love, and compassion to the elements and chakras of the world.
Reflection
What frequencies are you embodying?
Pause and listen.
Not with judgment, but with curiosity.

What patterns feel deeply rooted?
What frequencies are dominant right now?
Welcome Everything
Rather than resisting difficult emotions or states, welcome them.
Bring awareness to them.
Ask:
Am I consciously choosing this frequency?
Or is it unconsciously choosing me?
Compassionate Transmutation
Whatever arises is welcome.
Nothing needs to be rejected.
As awareness increases, frequencies naturally begin to reorganize.
Can you meet each experience with compassion?
Can you allow what is ready to transform to transform?
Daily Sound Practices
Humming
Continue humming every day.
Do not underestimate the power of sound to move matter and transform your life.
Hum generally for nervous system regulation.
Direct your humming toward areas that feel:
tense
painful
numb
stuck
Allow vibration to become medicine.
Listen Deeply
Pay attention to the sounds and symbols around you.
What is life revealing?
Nature, synchronicities, music, words, dreams, and silence all have something to teach.
4–7–8 Breath
A simple practice to support relaxation and nervous system balance.
Inhale through the nose for 4 counts.
Hold for 7 counts.
Exhale slowly through the mouth for 8 counts.
Repeat 4 cycles.
As you slow your breath, you may initially experience slight lightheadedness or shortness of breath. Be gentle with yourself and allow the practice to unfold naturally over time.
Remember
You are not trying to perfect the chakras.
You are learning to listen.
You are becoming aware of the frequencies you embody and consciously choosing those that align with love, truth, and wholeness.
Sound becomes a pathway home. 🌈✨

Continue to integrate the Embodiment Practices from our previous sessions so they become more EMBODIED within you! Persistent and consistent practice brings about lasting transformation.
