Dr. Kathia will demonstrate ways that sound can be used to align to the earth’s energy as we honor this collective pause. As a mother of two she will also share ways to use the Taurus energy of the New Moon as a stabilizing force in our homes. We will discuss how sound can be used to move through grief and tragedy, regulate our nervous systems, and bring greater harmony into our lives and into our world.
