Ancient and modern insights: Delve into ancient sound practices alongside modern scientific research to gain a deeper understanding of how sound transforms your life on both somatic and cognitive levels.
Each day will include specially curated sound journeys, mindfulness practices, authentic movement, bespoke teachings, metaphysical properties of crystals, and community connection.
