*Make a cozy nest with your favorite pillow, bolsters, blankies

* Warm tea

* Open heart and mind

*Your Prayers and Intentions

* Personal Sacred Sound Instruments to amplify the experience

*Hot water bottle or rice bag for your belly or anywhere that needs extra TLC

* Smudge your space with sage or burn incense before we begin

*Light a candle
