1. Reflect on a time when you felt truly empowered. What circumstances or actions helped you access your personal strength?  

2. What is one limiting belief that holds you back from stepping fully into your confidence? How can you begin to release it?  

Heart Chakra (Love & Compassion):

3. How do you show unconditional love and compassion to yourself? What practices or habits might help you deepen this connection?  

4. Write about a recent moment when you experienced a genuine connection with someone else. How did it make you feel, and what did it teach you about giving or receiving love?  

Throat Chakra (Expression & Truth):

5. What does it mean to you to “speak your truth”? Are there areas in your life where you feel you aren’t fully expressing yourself?  
Conversely, where do you feel that you are in your fullest expression?

6. Think of a moment when you communicated openly and authentically. How did it shift the situation or your relationship?
