The Embodiment of Sound
Nada Yoga & Gratitude Explorations

  1. Practice Humming and/or Auming every day!!! Don’t underestimate the power of sound to move matter and transform your life!

    1. Humm in general or focus your humming into areas of your body that are experiencing stress, pain, numbness, sickness, or being stuck. Come into an elevated state of love, harmony, peace, and gratitude as you focus your humming toward transforming and harmonizing body, mind, and spirit.

    2. Aum — Do this either audibly or inaudibly. Notice what you notice.

  2. As we deepen into the season of the sacred dark and the holidays, I invite you to deepen into
the Art of Listening and Nada Yoga.

    1. Continue to notice what frequencies you embody.

    2. How are they serving you?

    3. With awareness, invite the frequencies to transform, transfer, awaken, or transmute.

    4. Energy follows energy.

    5. Notice the condition of your heart as do this.

  3. Listen to the Sounds and Symbols of the world around you and within you — what is being revealed to you? Communicate with it all!

    • What does the highest wisdom of the tree in front of you want you to know?

    • What does the highest wisdom of the world problems want you to know?

    • What is the inner song of your soul?

    • Take time to be with it; write, draw, sing, dance, or sound about it.

    • What is awakening for you?

  4. Notice your breath. Slow it down. Practice 4, 7, 8 breathing

    1. Inhale through your nose for four counts.

    2. Hold your breath for seven counts.

    3. Exhale through your mouth for eight counts.

    4. Try to do 4 rounds 2x/day or listen to the guided sound journey for deeper support

      • As you learn this technique and learn to breathe more slowly, you may initially experience a little bit of lightheadedness or shortness of breath. Adjust your breath as needed and keep practicing.

    5. Listen to beautiful music that soothes your soul, check out the playlist for this session below.

    6. Notice where your Resistance comes up … Love your resistance too!
