Explore Your Watershed
Dive, plunge, or toe dip into a body of fresh natural healing water — a lake, stream, river, or ocean.
Make an offering to your watershed, this could be in the form of a song, a prayer, a stone, or an intention —
be creative!
Bathe and fully submerge yourself underwater — make sounds — notice how they sound and feel in the water.
Practice Yoni Mudra! A refresher is at the very bottom of this page if you need a reminder on how to do it.
Continue Sounding by doing at least 3 rounds of Aum a day, if it feels good do more!
Ahhhh, Ohhhhh, Mmmmm —
Silence — feel the vibrations ripple through the waters of your being.
Journal Qs — choose one or all!
Be gentle, kind, and loving in your explorations.
Create sacred space as you investigate your emotional water world:
What brings you the most joy in life?
What does it mean to you to be creative?
What does it mean for you to be sensual and passionate?
What does it mean for you to be fluid?
What does the highest teaching of water want you to know?
Notice and become aware of your creative blockages/fears/resistance:
Talk to it/them. Get to know it/them.
What is it showing you?
What does it want you to know?
What are some gentle ways for you to be with your fear or resistance?
Welcome everything!

Shanmuki Mudra or Yoni Mudra
Sanskrit योनि (yoni)
Shanmuki Mudra — Yoni Mudra योनि (yoni written in Sanskrit)
Yoni is a Sanskrit word that has been interpreted to literally mean the "womb", the "source", and the female organs of generation.
It also connotes the female sexual organs such as "vagina," "vulva", and "uterus," or alternatively to "origin, abode, or source".
Place your thumbs on the cartilage of your ears to create a seal that blocks out the sound
Place your index fingers just above your eyebrows.
Place your middle fingers on your eyelids.
Place your ring fingers against your nostrils
Place your pinky fingers at the corners of your mouth
Breathe through your mouth slowly, deeply,
and evenly for 20 to 30 rounds.
Explore making sounds versus being silent. Feel into the water/fluid nature of your body.
Be Curious! What does this invoke in you?
Notice what you notice!
