Eclipses: A Time of Letting Go.

  1. Meditate in Tibetan is, ghom or gom. It translates as to become aware. To become familiar with.

  2. I invite you to meditate on and to listen to the world within you.

    1. In order to let go of the old story or old operating frequencies within, we must become aware of it/them.

    2. With curiosity and compassion, become more familiar with your frequency field and the dominant frequency patterns you embody.
      Notice how and when they change.

    1. What frequencies do you notice are most prominent within you?

    2. When did you first notice them?

    3. Do they have a name?

  4. Rub your feet and apply essential oil to your bubbling spring/kidney 1 meridian point to open your sense of hearing.

  5. Listen to the whispers of wisdom the world is sharing with you.
