Even though the light has begun its slow return, January is often the deepest part of winter. The coldest stretch. The quietest invitation. A time to go slower, get cozier, and let ourselves be held a little longer.

During this one-hour virtual sound journey, I’ll guide you with alchemy crystal singing bowls, soft vocal tones, and spacious silence — offering your nervous system a chance to settle, your body a chance to soften, and your spirit a chance to rest.

You’re welcome to come exactly as you are — in pajamas, under blankets, half asleep, fully human. Many people drift in and out, and that’s perfect. This is sound as a lullaby, not a performance.
